Chizoba Frances, who survived acid burn when she was 13 years old and still battling with scars on her face is set to travel overseas for plastic surgery.
Despite her challenge, the victim did not give up, but went ahead to complete her education up to tertiary level.
The details of her travel was revealed by one of the foundations (Kbkfoundation) who showed concern about her condition and offered to help.
