How to register for this service
This is performed using the phone number associated with you first bank account;
- Dial *894*0#
- You will see a list of masked Debit card numbers linked to your account displayed.
- Then, select your preferred debit card
- Enter the 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for the selected debit card.
- After that, you create a new 5- digit pin
Note: This pin is unique and you will use it on your subsequent transactions, so you need to keep it safe.
How to transfer money using first bank transfer code
No need of going to First bank branch or ATM in order to make transfers, simply dial *894*Amount*Account number # and the money will be automatically credited to the account. Note that the account you are to enter is the account that you want to send the money to and not your own account.

You can now check your account balance without internet on your phone, dial *894*00#, and your account balance will be automatically displayed to you.
