Do not abandon me.
Dear lord, I am calling upon you to please have mercy on me, you are my maker and I am your handwork, please don’t abandon the work of your hands. Be my comforter and my stronghold, answer me when I call. Even if the whole world abandons me, even if I am being rejected uncountable times, always be by my side O Lord I pray.
Dear Lord, when I am alone, confused and abandoned, when other helpers fail me, please, do not abandon nor fail me. When darkness is all that I see, and light seems to be far away from me, Please, come and be my light. Show me your ways O Lord, and help me to always dwell in the right path.
Prayer not to fear.
Dear Lord, come and be my shield and armour. Give me the boldness of a lion to enable me conquer all that I am facing. Cast away every spirit of fear and anxiety from me. Make me to be strong so that I will be able to confront and also defeat my fears and challenges.
My father in heaven, please make to understand that fear brings about worries, it kills our dreams, it makes us weak towards confronting our challenges, it makes us feel uncertain of what you can do for us. Help me to surmount fear, to be courageous and fearless so that I will be able to tackle the trials and challenges of this life.
Prayer for rest for my soul.
Everlasting God, come and grant your rest to my weary soul. Hold me firm so that I do not fall. In the midst of troubles and calamities, may I find rest in thee. When it seems to me that all hope is lost, help me to regain my hope. Have mercy on me and grant rest to my soul O Lord.
I cry to you from the depths of my heart, do not allow me to cry for so long O Lord, come and hear my cry and set my soul free. Come and give me peace of mind and joy everlasting. Cast away pains and sorrows from me O Lord.

O Lord, sometimes I tend to worry to an extent that I can not be able to control myself again, this often leads me to a depressed state, unconsciousness and tiredness. Father Lord, have mercy upon me because I know that I cannot do without you. When the rivers wants to swallow me, when heavy winds wants to blow me off from my way, come and be my stronghold and hold me firm.
My God, My father, give me a deep understanding which will make me realize that worrying so much cannot solve my problems. Help me to also realize that putting all my hope and trust in you is all that I need to do in times of troubles and difficulties. Answer my prayers and may your joy everlasting overtake my troubled heart.
A cry for mercy.
Dear Lord, in you I put my trust and hope. You are my saviour now and forevermore. When it seems that situations and troubles of this life wants to make me believe that all hope is lost, out of the deepset part of my heart I cry to thee O Lord, show your mercy on me and heal my heart.
Prayer against my enemies.
Heavenly father, I commit my life into your able hands, many have risen up against me causing me sleepless nights and troubled days. My enemies are all over me and have sworn not to see me happy, they rejoice seeing me in pains and traumatized. Lord Almighty, for how long will you allow my enemies to have dominion over my life? Come to my rescue and set me free from their captive.
Dear God, may every evil pronounciation from any human being to cause me sorrow, pains and unhappiness be destroyed by thunder. May anyone that is responsible for my worries be rendered powerless. May those who have delight in seeing me in pains and agony be suprised with the outpouring of your blessings in my life.
O Lord, come and hear my cry, do not allow my troubles to overtake me, rescue me in my state of helplescsness and hopelessness. Save my soul and put your song of joy and thanksgiving in my mouth.
Make me stand firm.
Heavenly Father, troubles of this world wants to swallow me, my heart is fainting and I am losing my strength, my bones are weak, I am just a walking shadow of myself. Do not allow me to give up O Lord. Do not allow me to lose my faith and trust in you. Come to my rescue, help me to regain my strength and be able to overcome my troubles.
O heavenly father, I have read from your words of men and women who were faced with different challenges and trials of life, yet, they did not give up. Jesus Christ was tempted by satan several times, yet, he did not give up.Give me a steadfast faith to always trust and believe in your word and may nothing shake or make me to lose the faith that I have in you.
Prayer for peace of mind.
My God, My Lord, I am restless and unhappiness have become the order of my day, I find no joy in whatever I do again, sadness have enveloped my soul. God please come and have mercy on me, change my situation that is making my soul bitter to a pleasant one. I want to live, I want to be happy, come and restore my joy O lord.
Heavenly father, I believe that you are the God of peace and that it is you that also gives peace. Grant me your peace and may it dwell permanently in me. Take away troubles and unhappiness from my paths.
