Whitemoney, whose real name is Hazel Oyeze Onou has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2021 season 6 show. The Enugu born business man who resides in Lagos stole the heart of many viewers who continued to show him support which made him to be among the last standing six housemates who are; Liquorose, Pere, Emmanuel, Cross and Angel. Whitemoney continuously entertained the viewers with his great cooking skills, dance moves and all round entertaining displays.
In a recent interview with the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Whitemoney admitted that cooking was a part of his game strategy, he made it known that cooking is 80% of his lifestyle 20% of strategy. For him, he likes cooking, washing dishes and he later realized that it was his strength and that’s why he made use of it as a part of his strategy in the show. Thus, enabling him to become the winner of BBNaija Season 6.
Among the housemates, Pere was the only one who openly expressed his displeasure over whitmoney monopolising the kitchen during his reign as the head of house. He made efforts to remove him from the kitchen after identifying it as his strategy, although this was criticized by some of the housemates who believed that Whitemoney is doing the job well and sees nothing wrong with him using it as a strategy. Pere’s attitude towards Whitemoney during his reign as the head of house most especially in kitchen matters earned Whitemoney a lot of fans who admired how he resisted attempts that would have led to the escalation of conflicts between him and Pere. Pere on his own side also gained some supporters who prefer to refer to him as the “General.”
Whitemoney became the winner of the show after amassing 47% of the total number votes. He thus won a total of 90 million naira; 30 Million Naira Cash Prize, Innoson G40 motor, 2 bedroom flat that is well furnished and a list of other prices.
