There was a marriage that shook everyone. It was worth it because it brought about many trends to emulate in celebrity weddings, not only in Nigeria but also in Africa and beyond. Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux took the whole country by surprise with their glamorous wedding. If you kept track of both the introduction, nikkah wedding, court wedding, traditional, and white wedding, you will truly agree with me that the couple was fully prepared for their big day. Yes, the bride’s mother, Actress Iyabo Ojo, gave a hint of what to expect on that day, and indeed, it exceeded expectations. The wedding events took place in both Tanzania and Nigeria, with the grand finale being hosted in Lagos.
It was a star-studded event that saw the attendance of top celebrities, politicians, and other well-known figures. Both the guests and the hosts fully understood what was expected of them. The wedding venues, decorations, and choice of colors for the day were highly commendable.
Priscilla Ojo (Mkambala) and Juma Jux made a stunning appearance in a total of 5 outfits, as we captured. Both the traditional and white wedding outfits left an impressive mark on the wedding fashion style world. You will also see their introduction, court wedding, and nikkah wedding outfits.

1. Introduction Outfit

When Juma Jux came to Nigeria for the official introduction to Priscilla’s family, he respected the culture of his in-laws by wearing this Aso Oke Agbada outfit. Complementing the look with a matching hat, walking stick, and beads made him an enviable ‘son-in-law.’ Priscilla followed suit by wearing a matching skirt and blouse style with a Gele and hand fan, a typical outfit for a Yoruba bride.
2. Nikkah wedding

The couple had Nikkah wedding in Tanzania according to Islamic marriage rites. They still maintained elegance and style in their gold and white outfits. Priscilla wore a stoned-lace gown with a long cape, while Juma Jux dressed in a long Islamic robe and headband.

Juma and Priscilla’s courthouse wedding dress was really inspiring. Juma rocked a two-piece black suit with matching tie and shirt. Priscilla dazzled in her all-white attire; a midi corset high-low gown with one cross-shoulder sleeve, an attractive flower bouquet and white matching shoes.
4. Traditional Wedding

When a Tanzanian groom meets a Nigerian bride, great styles emerge. The couple wore two unforgettable outfits for their traditional wedding. The couple donned a blue Aso Oke outfit with sophisticated accessories. Juma Jux incorporated his Tanzanian cultural heritage, evident in his outfit designs and accessories. You can’t expect less when two fashion “gurus” meet. This is the story of the wedding outfits of two fashion lovers. Juma and Priscilla never disappointed in their various wedding outfits. They sealed things up in custom-made wedding attire for the bride and groom. Priscilla rocked a white wedding dress made by Nigerian fashion designer, Veekee James. This outfit gave her the look of a “princess” and a wedding outfit that will always stand the test of time. She looked stunning in her long-tail, long-sleeve, turtle-neck wedding dress.
