The Akwa Ibom born Chef created a history after she surpassed the Indian born Chef, Lata Todon by spending 100 hours cooking in the kitchen. Chef Hilda Effiong Bassey is also the owner of Myfoodbyhilda restaurant located in Lagos Nigeria. The Sociology graduate of Madonna University caught the attention of many in her cookathon which she displayed great energy from the beginning to the ending of the show.
